We offer accommodation for families (max. 4 people, including children, per apartment) or groups (max. 8 people, including children).
Summer season: July 1 – August 31 and Winter season: December 19 – March 15 (minimum 4-night stay).
Shorter stays (minimum 3 nights) are available during the off-season.
Open all year-round.
The price includes all fees, cleaning, bed linen, toiletries, and the local tourist tax.
On the day of departure, please check-out by 10:00 AM.
We love children... upon request, we are happy to provide a baby cot, high chair, changing mat, potty, or toilet seat reducer free of charge. We have prepared a new playground for children, and the entire garden is fenced.
Upon booking, we charge a deposit of 50% of the total price. The deposit must be paid within 7 days, or immediately if the booking is made 7 or less days before the scheduled arrival. If the deposit is not paid within the specified timeframe, the booking will be unfortunately cancelled. Payment is made via bank transfer based on the written booking confirmation. Please pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation policy:
25% of the accommodation cost for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival; 50% of the accommodation cost for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
