Our CHATTA
If you are looking for a place in the mountains that offers relaxation, but also has a lot of sports activities around the corner, definitely go to CHATTA. It is located in the center of Horní Maršov, right in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains, which offer a wealth of excursions, sports activities, and experiences for children. We dare say that nowhere else in the country will you find such a concentration of high-mountain scenery, ski resorts, and attractions for children as you do in the Krkonoše
WINTER - snow, skiing, ski bus, ...
In the winter, we are the place for lovers of ski slopes, cross-country skiing tracks, or snowballing and building snowmen right in our garden. Thanks to its history, the Krkonoše Mountains have become the cradle of Czech skiing. Thanks to its excellent snow conditions, it is popular for visitors. SKIBUS, which stops in a short distance from CHATTA, will take you directly to the slopes. Transportation by SKIBUS has many advantages - it is free of charge, you do not have to look for and pay parking, it will bring you dirtectly to the lift and you can have as many beers as you want :-).
SUMMER - sun, bikes, KRNAP
In summer, you'll enjoy plenty of mountain sunshine days on mountain bikes and hikes on the peaks of the highest Czech mountains, dominated by Sněžka, a few kilometres away. If you've arrived without a bike and would like to go for a ride, you can easily rent one at local rental shops or ask for a scooter and effortlessly cruise down the hill. In the summer you can take a TOURBUS or CYKLOBUS around the well-known Krkonoše centres.
We love children ...
We have prepared a play area for children on the ground floor and a new playground in the garden. If needed, we would be happy to provide a baby cot and a high chair free of charge.
Everything is close by ...
For breakfast, it is just a 150-meter walk to the renowned cheese shop for fresh pastries and excellent cheeses; a grocery store and drugstore are equally close by. You can go to the local restaurant—less than 100 meters away—for lunch, dinner, or simply a draft beer. Everything, including the BUS and SKIBUS stops, is just a few steps away, yet the cottage is situated on a side street with minimal traffic, used almost exclusively by local residents. You won't be disturbed by traffic or late-night noise.
